Shipping

Lead time — In-stock items ship the next business day. Most made-to-order items ship within 5 business days. If for some reason it will take longer than that (materials availability is sometimes a bottleneck), we'll reach out to you.

Coverage — We ship within the United States and internationally. Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on your address and order weight, so you pay actual carrier cost (plus a small handling allowance).

Domestic — US orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with live rates and delivery estimates shown at checkout. Orders over $150 ship free.

International — Choose USPS, FedEx, or DHL at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility — they're not included in the shipping price. Delivery times vary by destination and customs. A few destinations may be unavailable where carriers don't deliver or local restrictions apply.

Tracking — Emailed as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't moved within 5 business days of dispatch, email contact@evilengineering.com and we'll chase it down.

Lost, stolen, or damaged — Email us your order number and a photo (if damaged). We replace items lost in transit and rebuild any piece that arrives broken.
