Shipping & Production
Every Evil Engineering product is made to order in our workshop. Nothing on this site is pulled from a shelf — each piece is queued, printed in heated industrial chambers, post-processed (annealing, vapor smoothing, hand-finishing as the design requires), and inspected before it ships.
Production lead time: 10–15 business days from the date your order is placed. Larger or more complex pieces (Ultimate-tier paddles, multi-material hammers, custom work) may take longer, and we'll always reach out directly if a build will exceed this window.
Shipping coverage: We currently ship within the United States only. We are not yet able to ship internationally, including to Canada, Mexico, the UK, EU, Australia, or Asia-Pacific. We hope to expand outside the US in the future — subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when we do.
Domestic shipping time: Typically 2–5 business days via USPS Priority or UPS Ground after dispatch (in addition to the 10–15 business day production lead time).
Tracking is provided by email as soon as your order ships. If your package hasn't moved within 5 business days of dispatch, email us at contact@evilengineering.com and we'll chase it down.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages: Email us with your order number and a photo (if damage). We replace items lost in transit and rebuild any piece that arrives broken.
Production updates: If your order will be delayed beyond our quoted window, we will email you proactively. We'd rather over-communicate than leave you wondering.
