Hera — "The Wicked Stepmother"

Regular price $25.00 USD Sale price $25.00 USD
Description

Hairbrush-style paddle with vampire pegs on the reverse side.

Hera is the flagship paddle — engineered for comfortable, sustained use by the top and a rich variety of sensation for the bottom. The hairbrush form factor sits naturally in the hand and makes wrist fatigue a non-issue, even over extended scenes. The flat striking face delivers crisp, authoritative sting. Flip it over and the vampire pegs add a sharp, prickly bite that's adjustable with pressure — light taps for sensation play, firm strikes for serious impact. One tool, multiple intensities, built to be the centerpiece of an entire scene.

The striking face is printed on a specialty garolite build surface that produces a smooth, premium finish. The grip features an intentional grippy texture for confident handling.

Care Instructions

Most of our toys should be cared for in the same way; do not use a dishwasher, wash with hot soapy water, do not expose to high heat (over 200F/90C) or solvents (acetone, strong alcohol, many household cleansers.) And do not boil them. You can think of them like wood or leather, but much less sensitive to humidity and they require no regular conditioning. For glossy finishes you want to keep shiny and fresh, we recommend Novus plastic polish and cleaner.

Our PETG toys are more sensitive to high temperatures than our other toys, and if you live in a warm or hot climate, we recommend against storing your toys in a hot car or shed, as they may get tacky.

Our nylon materials (anything that starts with “PA”) are immune to most solvents and cleansers and can be sanitized in the field at a play party or wherever with your choice of alcohol, quaternary cleanser, etc. To maintain the best finish they should still not be washed in a dishwasher or boiled.

Evilly Over-Engineered

Rigorously Tested

Evil-Engineering makes over-engineered impact toys from aerospace-grade thermoplastics. Every design is printed in-house on enclosed, high-temperature industrial printers using materials like polycarbonate, carbon fiber nylon, and glass fiber reinforced ABS — the same classes of material found in ballistic shields, aircraft components, and industrial machinery.

These aren't hobby prints in PLA. They're functional tools built to perform, with layer orientation, wall thickness, joint geometry, and material selection all driven by the specific mechanical demands of each component.
